You’ll love our place because of the ambiance and our lush beds and plush linens. Play your own music on our Bose Bluetooth speaker or our collection of records. Close to Wrigley Field, the "L" public transit station (Paulina brown line stop) is a quick walk away and a Divvy bike station is just around the corner making it easy to explore the city. Several great restaurants are steps outside your door. There is a Starbucks across the street however the kitchen is fully equipped.

The space
Vintage pieces mix with modern elements in a comfortable vibe. It's a two bedroom that has been completely renovated with a brand new kitchen and bath with custom cabinetry and tile work. Unique light fixtures are in every room and every detail has been carefully considered for your stay. This is a first floor rear unit.

Guest access
You will have your own private entrance that is in the rear of the building.

Other things to note
Parking is easy (for Chicago) around the unit. The building is on Roscoe Street, which is metered but the side streets are not. The side streets do not require a parking permit around our building but of course check any signs around where you park. I usually find a spot quite easily within one or two blocks.

WIFI- We have basic wifi in the unit which has been more than adequate for our guests over the years. If you need a dedicated, high level service for work this may not be the best space for your needs. We are a vacation rental, not a co-working space.
