Premium Kohler plumbing fixtures throughout the home, along with custom cabinetry and wine bar, and a raised island to allow seating for at least 10 guests in the main kitchen/dining area. Luxury vinyl plank floors are inherently warm to the touch, and with radiant heat in every floor, provide comfort everywhere you walk. Soft neutral carpeting in the great room and 3 bedrooms on the main floor allow for a quiet, warm, and relaxing atmosphere.
Smart TVs are in every room and can be used with your own Firestick or Apple TV if you travel with one, or settle in to the big sectional sofa in the great room with a gas linear fireplace and smart TV with Roku, Spectrum Cable TV, and Blue-Ray/DVD disc player hidden inside the custom fireplace mantle. A state-of-the-art Wi-Fi mesh network is running throughout the house so you can find high-speed internet access in every room, and even most areas around the immediate outside of the house, including the driveway, back and side yards, firepit area, and RV parking spots.
New for 2023: Enjoy the new 1200-sq ft. wrap-around composite deck, complete with drink rail, multiple conversation areas, and a full outdoor black rattan furniture set, and an additional full-size outdoor dining table set, both with cushioned seating for 10! There are also some chaise lounges for catching the sun, and a couple chairs in another area for your morning coffee and sunrise.
This house is our home, and although we make a considerable effort to keep the house as neutral as possible for your stay, you may occasionally come across personal belongings in the house. We do have clean and empty dresser drawers, nightstands, and vanities available for guests. If a space is not intended for guest use, it will be locked or marked off clearly.
There is a separate listing for a rec room & fitness/4th bedroom on the lower walk-out level that could be rented together with the main floor, connected by an interior stairs w/ door, and also with its own entrance. (Called the "Glacier Ridge Walkout") This area does not have a private bathroom and would work as a shared space in addition to main floor. We do not host different groups at the same time, so if you do not rent this lower area, it will be closed off and inaccessible to guests, for use by the owners only. No one accesses the main floor while reserved except the Airbnb guests who rented it.
We have a separate and private condo residence in the lower level of this house with its own entrance, and is not part of this rental. It is usually occupied by the owner's family when the main home is rented.
Guest access
Plenty of parking in the wrap-around drive, lots of space and views from every room in the house, and landscaping that covers the entire lot gives plenty of options to enjoy this unique property.
Other things to note
We may have contractors onsite during the day working on a detached garage in the backyard, solar units in the driveway, or landscaping around the property. Occasionally there may be a member of the cleaning staff on the property to service the other units, but will not enter or service this listing while it is rented by you.
There are onsite 30- and 50-amp electric & water hookups and parking for RV's or semi-trucks for a small additional fee also, if arrangements are made in advance. This is a separate listing south of the main house and could have a renter at the same time as your stay.
