Please note that the property is shared, as the lower-level basement unit may be occupied during your stay. The upper-level home offered in this listing has its own private entrance and dedicated living space. There are no shared indoor common areas, and the only shared area on the property is the driveway, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with privacy and comfort.
Guest access
Guest have access to the main level and upstairs of the home. The basement and garage is kept locked. The door is secured with a guest lock to provide absolute privacy.
Other things to note
Hot tub is located at the back end of property. Please use proper footwear and use caution when accessing at night.
Stairs are required to enter the home.
Please be aware of bears, mountain lions, moose and other wildlife while at the property. Do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles as this may attract wildlife. Use extreme caution with Moose and their offspring.
Pets are prohibited on all national park trails, tundra and meadows. Pets can accompany you only on established roads, parking areas campgrounds & picnic areas. If you plan to do a longer hike or spend extended time away, kennels are provided in the garage, or consider dropping your dog off at doggie daycare with Mountain Mongrels in Granby.
Disclaimer: This is a mountain property, and conditions can vary with the seasons. Please be cautious of snow and ice, as melting and refreezing can create slippery surfaces. Be aware of wildlife in the area and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Uneven terrain is common—watch your step on pathways and outdoor areas. Exercise caution around the hot tub, as deep snow and ice may be present, making the area slippery. Stay safe and enjoy your time in the mountains!
