Giuseppe's cabin perfect location for relaxing fun trip in nature inspired located just minutes away from downtown, restaurants, bars, parks, local beach, river and lakes. Guests have access to entire property expect basement and garage. We do ask guests to respect our neighbors and do not trespass for their property. Grill is propane and charcoal(provided). We will provide you with a key code and instruction before arriving. Guests can bring a boat or pontoon as there is plenty of parking.

The space
Bathrooms with towels, shampoo and soap provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities, pots and pans, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, air fryer, ice maker.
Smart Tv in each room with Roku TV.
Upstairs king size bed with open plan floor bathroom has only like bamboo divider(no wall between bathroom and room upstairs)

We also provide firewood for the fire pit so you could enjoy nature views and cozy evenings roasting s'mores while you are with your loved ones and friends.

I also have Giuseppe's barn Lodge 2 located next door rented thru Airbnb on my profile if bigger family come that's a perfect location to spend some time together and never forgettable memories. This is up to 4 guests.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire house. The basement is our private storage area. Feel free to enjoy the front porch and yard.

Other things to note
No parties are allowed, special occasions like valentines get togethers, etc please message me in advance. Special occasions like Christmas, Valentine's message me and we will offer decorations like Christmas tree and house decor so you could feel cozy with holidays aura.
Smoking it's not allowed inside the house and extra cleaning fee/penalties fee of $300 will be charge for this violation. Only people who are booked with me staying on the property are allowed up to 9 people only.
