Located in the quiet of its cul-de-sac, but close to everything, our pretty townhouse is located 450 m from the Central Market of Royan (5 min walk) and all the useful shops of the city center (bakery, supermarket...). Notre Dame de Royan Church is 350 m away. The beaches (Grande Conche or Foncillon) are a 10-minute walk from the house. LaThalasso is a 15-minute walk away.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to everything, our lovely townhouse "Gite le 7 Royan" includes a 34 m² living room with an open kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, L'Or Barista coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a living room with Apple TV with Netflix and Prime Video access. Wi-Fi internet access.
The living room opens onto a pleasant 10 m² terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy meals with family or friends around a plancha and in the shade of the electric awning.
On the first floor you will find a separate WC, a bathroom with shower and double vanity, two bedrooms (one of which has partial views of the Church of Notre Dame de Royan), each with dressing room and 1 double bed 140*200. On the second level you will find an attic room with 2 single beds 80*190 (possibility to replace the single beds with 1 double bed 140*200).
In the basement you will find a separate toilet (sanibroyeur), and a laundry area with washing machine and laundry rack.
The rental "Gite Le 7 Royan" is limited to 6 people, including children.
Cleaning is mandatory at the end of the rental for an additional fee of €80. Guests are nevertheless expected to leave the accommodation dishes made, plancha cleaned, clean fridge and emptied garbage cans.
