On the ground floor of our house, this 40 m² 3* independent apartment is ideally located in a very quiet residential area and just a 5-min walk to the historic center.
Opposite, there is free parking, a green space with children's games and a bowling alley.
The apartment has a private outdoor courtyard and has been renovated and newly equipped. The bedding is new and the sofa bed has a comfortable everyday mattress.

On the ground floor of our house, this spacious 40 m² independent apartment consists of:
- a large wooden terrace for your exclusive use,
- an entrance with cloakroom and shoe rack,
- a bathroom with bathtub, vanity, toilet and equipped with a heated towel rail and washing machine,
- a bedroom with a double bed and storage: a dresser and a large wardrobe with a closet,
- a fully and recently equipped kitchen
- a living room with a quick-opening sofa bed and a thick "daily comfort" mattress, a TV.

Guest access
In front of the accommodation is a large free parking lot, not very busy.
Then to visit Mende: no need to take your car, everything is done on foot!

Mende is located in the heart of Lozère and these varied landscapes. This central location allows you, for example:
- to swim in the magnificent Gorges du Tarn (30 min) or to travel them on foot, by car or even by canoe,
- Nordic skiing on the Plateau du Roy (20 min) or at the Bouviers resort on the Margeride (45 min)
