This new home was designed to accommodate our guests throughout the year.
Resolutely open to the outside, the garden and the pool, it offers you beautiful light in any season.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room – dining room – kitchen, bathed in light and immediately overlooking the terrace and pool through a large bay window.
The living room is decorated with a 3-seater sofa bed, 1-seater armchair, coffee table, large screen TV with DVD player and free cable access.
The dining room is adorned with a large wooden table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Bedroom 1 TERRACOTTA, offers a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 nightstands, a closet with a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 SOLEIL, offers a 90.9 x 0.75 m folding bed (50 kg maximum), a 140 x 190 cm double bed, as well as a large closet with wardrobe.
It can accommodate up to 3 people simultaneously, ideal for a family with 1 child.
All living rooms are heated and air conditioned.
Outside, the south-facing terrace has an outdoor table for 8 people with chairs and umbrellas.
6 individual sun loungers enhance the pool deck, 3 x 6 m heated from March 29 to November 2 and salt filtered (automated filtration and cleaning).
In March and November, the pool can be heated on request with an additional charge of €20/day. Depending on the weather, however, we cannot guarantee that the temperature of 30°C will be reached daily.
The electric shutter allows you to retain the heat of the water at night. It is also secure and will allow your young children to play safely in the garden without risk of drowning (when closed and locked).
Several mobile umbrellas are available to stay in the shade throughout the day.
A solar outdoor shower.
A gas plancha is at your disposal.
The grounds are completely enclosed with 1.80 m high walls, and equipped with an electric sliding gate. Ideal for leaving your pets safe.
Parking space allows you to park 3 cars inside the property. Free outdoor parking is possible. It is also suitable for hosting your pétanque games.
An outdoor electrical outlet (1.2 kWh) is provided for electric vehicles. Separate billing will be carried out for the electrical consumption inherent in charging electric vehicles.
You can also find fast charging stations (22 kWh) 1.5 km from the house, in the communal parking lot with a very advantageous rate (€0.25/kWh).
A secure garden shed will allow you to store your bikes and equipment out of sight and out of the weather.
