Rental period: This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your booking, determined in your rental agreement. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of this period.
Payment for your stay: Payment for your stay is made upon arrival. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be deducted from the price of the stay.

The tenant undertakes to return the furnished accommodation, on departure, as clean and tidy as it was found on arrival.
MAINTENANCE:
The cottage must be left clean upon checkout. We will carry out an inventory with you at the end of the stay.
What you need to do:
– Clean the kitchen appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven)
– Replace furniture and objects that have been moved
– Wash and put dishes away
– Remove duvet covers, pillow covers, fitted sheets and place them in the laundry basket when you check out.
– Place bath towels, dish towels in the laundry basket when you check out.
– Empty the garbage cans into the containers at the entrance to the property
– Pick up the papers inside and outside the cottage
Sinks, toilets and showers must be rinsed, kitchen surfaces must be clean, even if the cleaning service is included!
Housekeeping service includes:
Cleaning of all floors (sweeping + washing), maintenance of bathrooms, toilets and sinks, windows, dust, bedding maintenance and disinfection of the entire property.
SMOKING:
No smoking, vaping inside or on the edges of the cottage windows.

CAPACITY:
Capacity: The maximum capacity of the cottage is 4 people. We do not allow additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so no refund can be considered.
HIGH-SPEED WIFI INTERNET ACCESS:
Free Wi-Fi internet access is offered to the tenant inside the house. The owner cannot be held liable in the event of:
– Incompatibility or malfunction related to the equipment used by the tenant,
– Disturbances or interruptions,
– Force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the French Court of Cassation, having regard to the foregoing.

Access to the garden. We're excited to introduce you to our garden, as you can imagine, it's a work of several years and maintenance, each tree, flower, bed has its history, thank you for taking care of it. Do not put stones or grass in the fountains.
Garden furniture: An outdoor table and chairs are at your disposal, be sure to keep them in good condition and not to move them
BBQ must be cleaned before checkout, no hot ashes in garbage cans. A metal bucket is available for ashes (please leave it outside)
It is absolutely forbidden to light an open fire anywhere on or around the property
Parking:
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the spaces provided for this purpose and under no circumstances will they be parked in front of the cottage. 2 vehicles max can park in the yard
3) Liability:
Immediately inform the landlord of any loss or damage occurring on the leased premises, even if no apparent damage results.
After noting the good interior and exterior condition of the cottage, the security deposit is returned by the owner at the end of the inventory carried out in the presence of the tenant. In the event of damage or deterioration, if the tenant or the owner cannot be present, the latter will return the security deposit within 7 days, from which the owner will have deducted the amount of any repairs that prove necessary, concerning in particular the spaces:

The entrance doors of the cottage are equipped with key locks.
