Located in an exclusively NON-SMOKING property, this is a recent, quiet and relaxing, single-story, country-chic decorated accommodation, in the right wing of a 17th century Manor, with its shaded terrace. Well located to travel between the Lot Valley and the Aubrac Plateau, 3 km from the listed village of Estaing and many "most beautiful villages in France", close to Espalion village with all amenities, but far from the hustle and bustle. Directly connected to many hiking trails and the GR65

The space
The apartment is accessed through an independent entrance that serves as a vestibule. It consists of a living room with a sitting area and a dining area overlooking the kitchen. There is a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The toilets are separated. A small garden-terrace completes the whole with outdoor furniture. There is no barbecue possible and smoking is unthinkable in our home.

Guest access
The apartment is independent BUT located on the ground floor of the right wing of our large house, which is shared in the summer with guest rooms, hence the need to not make noise, or barbecue and not smoke in the garden located under our windows!

Other things to note
Our entire property is NON-SMOKING NON-VAPING, this important element that you must understand is part of our DNA.
We take care of our cottage and expect the same in return, cleaning fees are dedicated to sanitizing bathrooms and floors, full traditional cleaning, and laundry. It is your responsibility to sort the garbage and take it to the containers in the hamlet, to leave the dishes clean and tidy, and to clean the appliances used.
