A modern furnished old building apartment in the heart of Bremerhaven. Spend a great time in the historic Bürgermeister-Smidt-Staße, the trendy "old citizens" district, where everyone knows everyone.
The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Weserdeich, the best cafes in Bremerhaven, all major tourist attractions and is well connected.

The space
We have gone above and beyond to make our apartment feel like a real home. The spacious, bright living and dining room with large couch gives the apartment a cozy, homely atmosphere. From the stucco on the high ceilings to the small record collection, there are lovingly designed details to discover everywhere. Nevertheless, the apartment is clearly structured and does not seem overloaded. The large dining area invites you to play a board game after dinner together or to end the day with everyone on the couch in front of the TV.
The two bunk beds make the living room a second bedroom, while they function as a second couch when not in use.

The light-flooded bedroom features a double bed with high-quality mattresses. Here you can snuggle up in fresh laundry after an eventful day. A workstation can also be set up at the small desk. From the bedroom you can also go to the balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast.

In the kitchen you will find everything from the fully automatic coffee machine to the casserole dish, everything you need from a quick breakfast to a feast. At the spacious kitchen table, you can also eat or drink coffee together as an alternative to the dining area.

In the bathroom, you have the free choice between bathtub or shower for personal hygiene. To avoid unpleasant waiting even with several people, there is a second, separate toilet.

We provide one set of sheets and one small and one large towel per person. In addition, all sleeping places are always covered with fresh sheets, so you can divide up the existing sleeping places as you wish.

Laundry: We wash the laundry from the apartments in our small laundry outside the apartments. Bosch Series 8 washing machines and Bosch Home Professional heat pump dryers are used for this purpose. The machines are regularly maintained and cleaned.
We consistently wash the laundry at 60 degrees with EcoVer color detergent.
Blankets and pillows are also washed at regular intervals with a hygiene rinse.
