A magnificent house 30 meters from the beautiful Cannelle beach. For a couple's or family vacation, I'm happy to host you at Giglio Blue.
Several things make this place a real gem of the island: the proximity to the beach, the private parking space in front of the house, the large garden, the veranda with a table for eating under the incomparable starry sky of Giglio while enjoying the barbecue. I am Michelangelo and I share with you the love for this beautiful island.
The space
The property is about 45 sqm, two-room apartment, garden of 61 sqm.
Perfect for two or four people
inserted in the "Le Cannelle" residence, it is located a stone's throw from the sea, on the beach of the same name. The windows and garden face west, for mild mornings and long sunny afternoons.
The mountain always shelters from the wind, and the care of the exclusive context will be the best setting for your days of peace and carefreeness.
Guest access
In addition to all the interior spaces of the house, guests can take advantage of the garden, barbecue (wood/charcoal not provided), and deck chairs (only inside the garden).
Combined with the apartment, 8 meters as the crow flies from the property there is an exclusive parking space, a TRUE RARITY in the summer, when it is difficult even to park a bicycle.
Other things to note
The Le Cannelle residence (where the apartment in question is located) is 1450 meters from the port, the road can be traveled both by car and with a 15/20-minute walk. Another alternative is represented by shuttles departing from the port, the details of which are provided at check-in.
