The space

It seamlessly flows into a bright and open great room, complete with a built-in workstation and direct access to the backyard patio — perfect for indoor-outdoor living. You’ll also find a formal dining room, a cozy living room, and a convenient half bath for guests on this level.
Upstairs, you’ll discover four generously sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private en-suite baths, while the other two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — an ideal layout for families or groups. The home features neutral paint throughout, with tile flooring in the kitchen and plush carpeting in the living spaces.

You'll receive the front door code and all necessary information to access the home at 10:00 AM on the day of check-in. Unless early check-in is coordinated, 4 PM is the standard check-in time.

AREA NOTE🐄: The City of Tolleson has agricultural roots dating back to the early 1900s, when the area was primarily farmland and ranch property. The home is located in the West Valley near agricultural and ranch areas. Depending on wind direction and seasonal farming activity, guests may occasionally notice outdoor farm or livestock odors in the surrounding area. This is a normal environmental characteristic of the region and is not related to the property itself.
PAYMENT AND BOOKING POLICY💲:
All reservations, payments, and fees must be completed exclusively through the Airbnb platform. We do not accept cashier’s checks, personal or mail- in checks, wires, money orders, or cash. Pricing and booking terms must comply with Airbnb’s policies.
HOSTING NOTE📝: As hosts and property managers, we take pride in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay. Please note that we act solely as hosts on behalf of the homeowner, and this property is a privately owned residence rather than a full-service 5 Diamond hotel.
Because this is a residential home, normal characteristics such as minor wear, occasional mismatched towels or bedding, and routine household system adjustments may occur due to the regular turnover of guests. Rest assured that all linens and essentials are professionally cleaned, and a full, fresh set is always provided for your stay.
While we maintain high standards and respond to guest concerns promptly, certain home systems (such as Wi-Fi routers, breakers, appliances, or water heaters) may occasionally require simple resets or adjustments. In many cases, we may guide guests through quick troubleshooting steps so the issue can be resolved immediately rather than waiting for a technician or for us to travel to the property.
For larger maintenance matters, we will coordinate directly with the homeowner and the appropriate professionals as needed. Decisions regarding upgrades or improvements are ultimately made at the homeowner’s discretion.
As a courtesy to our guests, we strive to keep cleaning costs reasonable while maintaining a standard level of cleaning that aligns with industry norms. While cleanliness standards can be subjective, we ensure the property meets the industry's basic STR expectations. If you require a deep cleaning due to medical or personal needs, we are happy to assist in coordinating this service. Please note that a deep cleaning for a home of this size requires 6-8 hours to complete and can be scheduled before or after your arrival, depending on availability, for an additional fee. Late guest checkouts or same-day check-ins may also impact this service, so advance notice is greatly appreciated. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we, as only hosts, work within these parameters to provide the best possible experience for you and the homeowner.

GUESTS OR EMPLOYEES🧑🤝🧑:
If you are renting the property on behalf of guests or employees and are not staying there yourself, at least one individual staying at the property must have access to Airbnb chat via phone. This ensures timely communication about HOA warnings, maintenance technician arrivals, and other property updates, and guarantees that all issues and their resolutions are properly documented.
PROPERTY DAMAGE🏠:
If you notice any damage, please let us know right away so we can have our handyman address it before the next occupant arrives. Our handyman's availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
PARKING🚘:
There is dedicated 24/7 driveway parking for two cars. Guests have access to the garage for additional parking if needed. However, access (coming and going) is done via the remote located on the garage wall.
The city of Tolleson permits recreational vehicles, such as boats, campers, utility trailers, and motorhomes, to be parked for 24 hours for loading and unloading or general maintenance. After this time, these vehicles must be removed from public view.
In case of emergencies such as natural disasters, fire, water damage, gas leaks, electrical faults, pest infestations, security breaches, or tenant injuries, please contact us directly. For all other matters, please use the Airbnb chat, and we will answer as soon as possible.
TRASH/RECYCLE♻️ :
You'll find the trash and recycling bins located on the side of the house. Pickup takes place on Wednesday mornings, so please roll the bins to the curb on Tuesday evening to ensure timely collection. If your stay continues past Monday, please return the bins by Monday evening.
