The space
Inside, the cozy living room provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of excitement. With comfortable seating and a 60-inch TV, it’s ideal for catching up on highlights, watching a movie, or enjoying a quiet evening in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or snacks, whether you’re whipping up game-day favorites or a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventures. Two main-level bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the spacious upstairs bedroom offers two more queen beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. This home is perfectly positioned for the April 2025 Draft hosted in Green Bay, located just outside the Draft footprint and ready to enhance your Draft experience.

Step outside, and you’ll find even more to enjoy. The backyard is equipped with a fire pit, creating a welcoming spot to relax on cool evenings. The gas grill is perfect for preparing barbecue feasts, making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable. We provide a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

We supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash located in the bathroom

Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper, other spices, sugar, etc.
