This thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect setup for groups traveling together while still providing privacy. The main level has 3 bed/2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and open living space. Outdoor fire pit, entertainment garage with hot tub, pool table & more.

Note: the lower level is a private residence and has it's own separate entrance at the base of the home-they are not connected. The private residence does not have access to the entertainment garage that includes the hot tub, etc.

The space
This a newly purchased & furnished home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and laundry room. There is a back patio, fire pit, and detached garage with a hot tub, pool table, exercise bike and more!

Please note, you are renting the UPSTAIRS home only. You will need to go to the front of the home and utilize the white staircase to your front door. The downstairs unit is a separate private rental with it's own access.

Parking: The carport is reserved for the upstairs unit. The space between the carport and the home is for the downstairs apartment. All secondary vehicles will need to park around the circle drive leaving room for others to pass.

Guest access
This is a single-family home and is rented as one unit only. The lower level is a private residence with no access to main home or the entertainment garage.

Other things to note
Please note, you are renting the UPSTAIRS home only. You will need to go to the front of the home and utilize the white staircase to your front door. The downstairs unit is a separate private rental with it's own access.
