Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed. Even the three extra places to sleep (sofa beds) in the structure are equipped with Extra Confort Memory Mattress. On request you could use the sofa beds and with no additional costs you can have a cot / bed with net, changing table, high chair, set of dishes and cutlery.

Each room is equipped with a Smart TV with which you can watch your Netflix channels etc. or make monitors to work with your laptop.

The apartment is in a very old building and is very cool in summer, each room has a window with mosquito net and fans.

In the apartment there is a walled-in digital safe for storing documents, cash and small items.

My work: I have always worked in Design, with a lot of autonomy on schedules, I have always traveled a lot, my passion is my city: Genoa. I love to receive foreign friends to show them the hidden sides of this interesting city.
I love Air B and B very much and have been using it as a user since it was born. As a host I've rented just one time my little house in Milan but suddenly a friend of mine asked to rent it for some years. One year ago I helped my brother to do short rent in a house of him, and I really loved it. Now I have taken a house to became a real good host, it is something I love to do, as much as I love Genoa even though I love to travel. I'm not intrusive but I will always have attention and care for my guests, trying to do it without getting noticed. I have always loved feeling at home in the houses I rented where I went, so I would like to allow those I host to live their stay in maximum autonomy, but I am present for those who have requests.
