Guest access
*** You will have exclusive direct access to Cascais Historic Center (Downtown) and the Cascais Villa Market at the Ground Floor (P Floor) accessible via stairs or elevator. Our guests rave about this direct access to the Mercado. Surely makes guests life easier and more convenient when exploring downtown Cascais and its surroundings. It is important to bring both sets of keys to leave thru this exit.
You will have access to a private indoor parking space conveniently located in the building (-1 Floor) for one car. The parking spots in front of the building are paid for. Parking meter can be found a few meters close to the building garage ramp in the street. If you plan to park with us in the condominium, please send your car's license plate as per the condominium rules. To park the car the condominium, please remember to fetch the key set with the remote control.
To access the apartment, please fetch the key from the lockbox.

In your daily rate, it is included a 4 EUR surcharge per day / per person (> 13 years old) of municipal tourism tax. This mandatory tourist tax supports city's infrastructure to preserve a local environment, commerce etc. In exchange, all guests receive a 24-hour pass to access all local Cascais museums.
We are required to ask you to send us some personal data prior to your stay. This will be submitted to the Portuguese immigration department known as SEF. We don't collect or keep your information other than for this purpose.
If there are any issues with the apartment, please contact us immediately, so that we can address them as soon as possible. We want your stay to be a comfortable and unique experience!
Please note that your stay includes fresh bath towels and linens. We also have included complementary amenities such as toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. A: We are only able to offer a different check-in/out time when we don't have guests prior or after your stay. If there is a particular need, we can try to expedite your check-in or allow a bit of late check-out by coordinating with our cleaning crew.
Q: Do you offer weekly or monthly stays?
A: We absolutely do! Please contact us for more details.
Q: How far are you from Downtown Cascais or the beaches?
A: We are at approximately 5-minutes walk from Downtown Cascais and its main beaches.
Q: Do you have Air Conditioner?
A: We do have Air Conditioner in all of our rooms (except for kitchen and bathrooms).
Q: What should I do if I cannot find availability for my desired dates?
A: You can search our other properties under "Peppertree Homes". We have other homes in Cascais that surely can fit your needs in terms of dates, prices or sizes.
Q: Do you have parking available?
A: We do have a private indoor parking available (1B space) for our guests in the -1 Floor. If you plan to park with us, we kindly ask to send your car's license plate. Also do not forget to first fetch the keyset with the garage remote control.
Q: We have a baby travelling with. Do you have accessories for our baby?
A: We do offer baby cot, baby chair and a baby bath tub for our little guests upon demand.
Q: I broke something in the apartment. What should I do?
A: Please do let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can act on it.
Q: Do you serve breakfast or food?
A: We do have several restaurants and brunches that we partner with. Please ask us for those services.
Q: I have a baby and/or young kids. Do you have a nanny?
A: We work with a company that has vetted experienced nannies. Ask us for more information.
Q: Can I storage my luggage in your apartment prior or after the stay?
A: We don't have a luggage storage in the apartment. There are several services in Downtown Cascais that offer such storage.
Q: How can I access the Mercado da Vila and Downtown easily?
A: We do have a direct and exclusive access to Mercado da Vila and Downtown. Just head to the P Floor with your keys to access it.
Q: How strict is your quiet hours policy from 8PM to 8AM?
A: We are very strict is we are located in a residential family building. If this policy for some reason is not adhered to, your group might risk a visit from one of our neighbors.
Q: Which floor are you located at?
A: We are located in the 1st floor of the building, which can be easily accessible thru the elevator or stairs.
Q: Do you have ocean or seaviews?
A: We don't have ocean or seaview. We do have a view to a natural trail that goes all the way to Sintra.
Q: Can I park my car in the street or in front of the building?
A: Yes, you may. Please bear in mind that those spots are paid for.
Q: Where can I find the towels and bedding for the 5th guest who stays in the sofa bed?
A: They are stored in the closet. We do not host a 6th guest in our apartment. Please do not insist.
