Some closets might have storage items marked as "host only" access, but other than that, feel free to use all the space within the suite.
Please note that the backyard and parking on the property are not included in the rental space and are not accessible to guests. There are plenty of free street parking spots available.
Other things to note
We are always upgrading our unit (and welcome guest feedback to improve our unit):
- Brand new washer and dryer installed in July 2024. ✨
- Brand new range (oven+stove) is installed in September 2025.
Things to be aware of:
- We provide a generous starter supply of essentials (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.) sufficient for stays of up to 2-3 weeks. For longer reservations, guests are expected to purchase their own supplies once the initial stock is depleted. This policy helps us offer significant monthly discounts.
- Accessibility disclaimer: There are no accessibility handles around the bathtub.
- The shared driveway is not accessible to guests' cars (including Uber/Lyft drop-offs). This is to avoid costly damage to the houses and nearby structures. You are welcome to walk through the driveway to your door, as shared in the check-in instructions, and use free street parking.
- As this is a lower-level unit, you might occasionally hear a soft footstep (or a gentle paw step!) from upstairs. Don’t worry - we are very mindful and do our best to keep things quiet when guests are here, so that you can enjoy a peaceful stay. ☺️
