A charming and cozy apartment in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from downtown and a 5-minute drive from the Mendizorrotza stadium. Very bright, all exterior. You will love the area with a large park just outside the gate. Mercadona is a one-minute walk away. Perfect for families, comfortable and practically no noise.
