All persons staying at the apartment are subject to these rules during their stay; these rules are considered a contract that must be followed, otherwise the accommodation reserves the right of admission and stay.
1- All Guests must register in accordance with the provisions of the National Authorities. Therefore, it is mandatory to fill out the registration form and provide all the requested information.
2- Remember to indicate the correct number of guests including children and age.
The entire apartment will be prepared for the number of people listed on the reservation. Additional people not listed on the reservation will be charged a surcharge.
3- Guests who accidentally damage the facilities or movable property must pay the repair cost.
4- After 10:00 PM, please keep quiet out of respect for the other neighbors. The noise level in the apartment and common areas should be moderate; and after 11:30 PM, silence will be absolute. Parties and celebrations inside the house are strictly forbidden.
5- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the common areas and apartment. A charge of 50% of the rate for one night's accommodation will be charged to your account at the time.
6- Objects forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the apartment's management for a period of 15 days.
