Studio equipped with mobile air conditioning for pleasant coolness indoors, even in the middle of summer in hot weather.

Direct access to the Studio via the Rocade Sud de Cambrai, 8 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the airfield and the Golf du Cambrésis (in Niergnies), 12 minutes from Caudry and 25 minutes from Valenciennes.

As a host, you'll have access to the property's private driveway to park safely. The private garden located at the back, facing the studio, is of course also entirely reserved for you. The entrance to the studio is done in complete privacy from the back, on the Terrace side.
