Garden View Cottage is part of a suite of cottages at Gites Rue Du Chateau, with balcony and garden views. Sleeps 5/6. With direct access to its own terrace and balcony, overlooking the gardens which includes a stream running through a lavoir, small woodland, pool, boules area, BBQs, outside kitchen and cosy fire pit area. Very peaceful but within walking distance of restaurant, bakeries, shops and market. Local activities include the Rejallant Canoeing Centre.

Situated in the grounds of what was once part of the old Chateau estate, our cottages offer a little haven of tranquillity; a place where you will be able to relax and feel at one with nature and at the same time, have fun and make those precious memories
Garden View Cottage is a pretty little cottage that is spacious and part of a suite of four terraced cottages at Gites Rue Du Chateau.
The cottages can either be rented individually, or as a whole site booking with up to four cottages and exclusive use of the site facilities.
The cottage has it's own private entrance and sleeps up to 5 adults comfortably, with the option for an additional single Z bed (ideally for a young child), with the main shower room downstairs, plus upstairs W.C. Large traditional French kitchen, with dining table and door to outside dining terrace area overlooking the grounds and garden. Large living space, with wood burner and an additional dining area can be set up if needed. Door to outside dining terrace. There is a double/twin bedroom, with view across the gardens and a large double, room with king size bed, with garden and town views, adjoining dressing room, with day bed and could accommodate an extra Z bed for young child if needed. This room has a balcony overlooking the grounds. The cottage has direct access, via a linked door, to the laundry area and washing machine.
During your stay, you will also have access to the two and a half acres of garden, which includes a beautiful clear stream running through an ancient lavoir and small woodland. We have a lovely above ground pool, 5m diameter, 1.2m deep, perfect for cooling down on a hot summers day. You will also have access to a boules area, BBQ, hammocks, an outside kitchen with inside and outside dining space and cosy fire pit area. There is plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor garden games.
Every day you could wake up to the sound of birdsong, a running stream and hear the local church bells in the distance.

Anna and Ian live on site to ensure a friendly welcome and will be available should you need anything. You will occasionally see us checking the pool and maintaining the grounds during your stay.

Guest access
Apart from the hosts' private accommodation, guests will have access to the whole grounds and facilities, including woodland. Access may be limited to woodland, pool and outside kitchen during inclement weather and seasonal shutdown.
