Welcome to the Garden City Suite located in a desired neighbourhood in beautiful Victoria. This cozy suite is bright, perfectly laid out for a small space, and has modern furniture and decor throughout. The suite is centrally located and all major amenities are close by; bus route, shops, pubs/restaurants, site seeing attractions, theatres, museums, spas & resorts, music venues, parks, hiking trails and beaches.
Note: this suite has a minimum booking of 30 nights and a maximum booking 90.

This one bedroom suite is a self-contained unit, located on the lower level of a family home in a desired neighbourhood; close to down town Victoria. The suite has a private entrance with a designated parking spot.
The suite is cozy and welcoming and has a similar layout to a micro-condo. The suite has modern furniture and decor throughout with an overall urban vibe.
The bedroom has a queen bed dressed with high quality linens and ample storage to accommodate a longer term stay. The bathroom offers a stand up shower and complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
The kitchen and living room have an open concept layout; the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking during a short-term stay and has the necessities such as a Keurig machine, dishwasher, stove, and a microwave. The living room includes a modern style couch suited for two people and a Smart TV.
The kitchen has a designated eating counter that can be used as a work space.
There is in-suite heating and air conditioning.
Guest are welcome to use the patio and outdoor seating, located at the entrance of the suite.
Guest access
The suite is located at the back of the house and has a private entrance.
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
Guests will receive a custom door code the day of arrival.
Other things to note
There is a designated parking spot for 1 vehicle.
No pets allowed.
A few basic supplies are provided to get you started on your stay.
Access to the mailbox is not available to guests.
No backyard access.
The suite comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests and is not suitable for children.
Shared washer/dryer available to guests.
The home owner lives above the suite. Guests may hear noise transfer.
Guests may see a dog in the back yard or on the property. The dog is friendly, a gentle breed, and not a safety risk.
This suite is not suitable for guests with allergies as there is a possibly that dog hair could enter the suite.
