GARDEN RESIDENCE'**** is a private house with one apartment for rent (for 4 people). It is located in a quiet neighborhood, where all the locals and our long-time friends are, so you are completely safe and relaxed here. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, while the kitchen, dining room and living room are in a common area. The private parking is fenced, with a sliding entrance door (opening with a remote control). This apartment has a beautiful spacious open summer terrace next to the green garden, where it is pleasant to eat and relax, as well as another higher terrace with an amazing view of the sea and mountains. There is also a rustic barbecue in the garden. Behind the house is an olive grove and a lawn, suitable for playing (badminton rackets, ball, ... available). Nearby (approx. 300 m) are supermarkets, butcher's, fish market, bakery, pharmacy, turist office ( rent-a-car, rent-a-bike, rent-a-boat, excursions, .....). Also very close there are beautiful promenades by the sea, sandy beaches, restaurants and bars. Only 3 km from the apartment is a small tourist town of Stobreč, with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and the Autocamp which has nice beaches, restaurant, cocktail bars, aqua park, .... Also, only 3 km away is the hotel LA MERIDIEN LAV  where you can enjoy a beautiful large beach, swimming pool, beach bars, restaurants by the sea, massages, ....
