The apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Outside, you can relax on the spacious summer terrace next to the beautiful green garden, or enjoy the upper terrace with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A rustic barbecue is also available in the garden.
Behind the house, you'll find an olive grove and a lawn, perfect for relaxing or playing. Badminton rackets and a ball are available for your use.
The property offers free private parking inside a fenced yard with a sliding entrance gate operated by remote control.
Within a short walk (about 300 metres), you'll find supermarkets, a bakery, butcher's shop, fish market, pharmacy, tourist office, and services such as car, bike and boat rentals, as well as excursions.
