The space
Check-in from 4:00 p.m. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will allow early access, but you can use the leisure area and store your luggage at the reception if you arrive early and it is not yet ready.
Check-out is strictly until 11:00 a.m. As we work with reservations every day, it is not possible to extend the time because the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests. If you need to leave later, check the availability of adding 1 more night (WE DO NOT WORK WITH HALF DAYS).

The suites have a king-size bed and two single beds that are fitted under the king-size bed. It has a Smart TV, ceiling fan and split air conditioning.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that turns into 2 single beds, a smart TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a toilet.
In the kitchen there is a table, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, cooktop stove, blender, cutlery, pots, glasses and plates. The kitchen does not have an olive oil producer, nor a dishwasher.
Household appliances operate at a voltage of 220 volts.
The Sea of Galilee condominium is located 50 meters from the beach. It is a region called Macucu, which is right on the border between Porto Seguro and Santa Cruz da Cabrália. It is 16 km to downtown Porto Seguro (26 min by car) and 1.4 km to downtown Cabrália.
In the vicinity of the condominium, there are beach huts just a few meters away that can be reached on foot, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, handicrafts, etc. are 1.4 km from the condominium, 4 minutes by car.

Our cancellation policy on Airbnb is Strict:
Full Refund: Cancellation up to 24 hours after booking (if made at least 14 days in advance) OR at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund: Cancellation between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in.
No Refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in.
It is not possible to make the cancellation or date change conditions more flexible.
