Our listing has a reduced cost compared to the others in the condominium, but some services are not included and are optional, as detailed below:

The supply of bed linens, blankets and towels is optional, and the laundry cost is charged separately at R$3.00 per item regardless of size, except for blankets, which cost R$6.00 per item. If you choose to pay for the supply, I suggest that women bring their own bath and face towels to avoid damage, especially from makeup. Any item damaged mainly by makeup will be charged as a new item.

Extra changes of bed and bath linens during the stay can be requested every 4 days. We are unable to provide changes more frequently due to the time required for the round trip to the industrial laundry. Must be requested 24 hours in advance.

We do not provide pool and beach towels.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be left in the same condition as it was received, clean and organized. If you do not want to have the work of cleaning and organizing, you will be charged R$300.00 to cover the extra costs of the cleaning lady.

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. onwards. If the apartment happens to be ready earlier, we will allow early access, but you can use the leisure area and store your luggage at the front desk if you arrive earlier and it is not yet ready.

Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. As we handle reservations every day, it is not possible to extend the time because the apartment needs to be cleaned for the next guests. If you need to leave later, check availability to add an additional night (WE DO NOT ACCEPT HALF-DAYS).

The suites have a king bed and two single beds that are tucked under the king bed. It has a Smart TV, ceiling fan and split air-conditioning.
