Welcome to FYT Properties Inc., located on the 17th floor of Shore 3 Tower 2 Residences, offering a luxurious staycation experience in the heart of the MOA Complex.
Enjoy a hotel-like ambiance with 24-hour concierge and bellboy services in this BRAND NEW, FULLY FURNISHED, MODERN LUXURY CORNER UNIT.

• Cozy 1-Bedroom Unit (33 sq. m): Accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-size bed with 1 extra bed.
• Balcony with Natural Light: Wide windows in the living and bedroom areas allow for abundant natural light.
• Entertainment: 50-inch Google TV and high-speed fiber internet (50 Mbps from Woofy).
• Fully Furnished: Includes a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, water kettle, 2-burner cooktop, and a combination washer and spinner.
• Complete Kitchen Setup: Equipped with utensils, cutlery, and cooking essentials.
• Workstation: Functional office space for work-from-home needs.
• Living and Dining Area: Plush three-seater L-shaped sofa, bar counter dining table, and chairs for four.
• Bathroom: Well-equipped with a shower heater, bidet, and essential amenities.
• Location: End unit conveniently near the fire exit.

House Rules
1. Strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the unit (Penalty: PHP 10,000).
2. No Pets Allowed.
3. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
4. Handle wall mirror with care.
5. Do not rearrange furniture.
6. Wash used dishes; lost or broken utensils will be charged.
7. Avoid cooking meals with strong odors; dispose of cooking oil properly.
8. Treat towels and linens with care to avoid stains.
9. For stays over 7 nights, cleaning services (PHP 1,000) are required, including linen and towel changes.
10. Turn off AC, lights, and TV when not in use.
11. Hanging clothes outside the balcony is prohibited.
12. Respect neighbors by avoiding loud noises. Parties are not allowed (Penalty: PHP 1,000).
13. Illegal substances are prohibited.
14. All guests must be declared; undeclared guests will be denied entry.
15. Guest IDs are required for verification.
16. Follow building administration guidelines at all times.
17. No party and any events allowed inside the unit.
