The space
This brand new, fully-renovated 3-bedroom, 2-full-bath house allows guests to venture to all the local hot spots before settling back into the relaxation and peace that this whole house with off-street parking offers.

Catch a sunset over Lake Erie from the front porch or the comfort of one of the sofas in the living room while cozying up with the glow or warmth from the electric fireplace. The additional cushy sectional can also keep the sights coming with views of the harbor and beach directly across the street.

The first-floor queen bedroom offers seasonal views of Lorain Lighthouse, and the room is adjacent to the living room with easy access to the first-floor full bath with a deep soaking tub and the fully stocked eat-in kitchen complete with a dishwasher.

Upstairs boasts a large king bedroom with lake, harbor, and beach views, including another seasonal view of Lorain Lighthouse. This room also has a twin daybed across from the closet for any overflow of guests or just be another place to sit and relax!

The second-floor queen bedroom is directly up the stairs and has a designated workspace with a desk and chair where you can wirelessly connect to the whole house's high-speed WiFi for work or play.

Continuing through the game room leads to the full upstairs bathroom with the house's bath linens and a shelf full of things you may have forgotten at home. There is a closet in the game room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

There is a propane gas grill on the property and beach towels for your day on the water. Bikes, kayaks, and beach gear are also available to rent nearby.

Guest access
A large, shared driveway with The Coach House offers two designated, off-street parking spaces for The Front House. There is also street parking available for additional vehicles.

Other things to note
Please let us know if you need anything special for children or pets during your stay. We do have the items available that are listed, like a high chair, pack-and-play, baby gates, and dog crates, but we need to know of the need at the time of booking, if possible.

Neighborhood highlights

We love this neighborhood because we can walk to Lakeview Beach to catch a sunrise or sunset, downtown Broadway for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and catch a summer concert at the Black River Landing without crossing over the main road. We have amazing views of the Lorain Lighthouse and enjoy beautiful sunsets out our front door! There are several marinas nearby and plenty of places to drop the boat in the water. However, some really great fishing can also be done right off The Mile Long Pier. There is a little bistro cafe at our beach during the summer months, and stopping in for a bite to eat after a late morning walk makes it feel like you have been transported to the west coast.
