Stay inside cozied up by the fireplace and enjoy all the amenities you would have at home; Or take it outside and relax along the lake side! Enjoy the beach sand in the summer months, get on the water with the kayaks provided or cozy up under the stars by the bonfire or outdoor propane fire. Winter time? Enjoy ice fishing on our lake or any of the local lakes near by. You and your family will be relaxed when staying at Tranquil Waters!

The space
We invite you to come stay at our Tranquil Waters Lake home. The home offers two queen beds and one full bed, a pull out futon couch and futon chair in the basement living room. Curl up next to the electric fireplace downstairs or enjoy your own bonfire lakeside anytime of the year. The home is fully furnished with everything you may need for your stay and includes a washer and dryer.
There is an outdoor grill and patio table for you to use.

Tranquil Waters sits on Fourth Lake, a private, No-Wake Lake. Enjoy the 4 kayaks with life jackets provided during the months April-October. Depending on ice thickness during the winter months, you can get some great ice fishing in. Fourth lakes connect to lakes Third and Second lake that you can access via a channel.

Tranquil Waters is located right outside the city limits of Fremont. You will be 1 mile from The Lakes Restaurant, Waters Edge Golf Course and The Bunker/Top Tracer Golf. The home is also located 0.6 miles from the back entrance of Branstrom park that offers- walking trails, basketball courts, baseball field, disc golf course, RC race track, sledding hills and a pavilion. The home is also two miles from downtown Fremont that offers multiple shops, bars and restaurants.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the house, garage, screened in porch and the dock with the beach. Please note that we do have a pond in the back yard but the second pond is the neighbors. Please be mindful and respectful of their property as we don't yet have a fence up.
