Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake home in the Pocono Mountains. The Fraser Fir Chalet is a family-friendly home, ready for you and the kids. Located in the private and gated Arrowhead Lake community, you can take your pick of several pools, tennis courts, beaches, boat launches, bocce courts, billiards rooms, gym, game room, and more. Bring your own food and cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or BBQ outside on the gas grill or wood burning fire pit.

The space
The Fraser Fir Chalet has room for everyone and a space for whatever you feel like doing. Hang out outside around the firepit in the Adirondack chairs. Cozy up with a book and lounge around in the 2nd floor loft. Socialize with the group in the open floor plan which is the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Guest access
Guest have full access to the property including the private yard, parking for 3-4 vehicles, the deck, and fire pit.

Please send an inquiry or request if you are interested in booking less than 7 in advance.

We DO NOT guarantee a supply of propane for the gas grill. Depending on supply availability, wood for firepit may or may not be supplied.

All guests age 6 and over are required to be registered with Arrowhead Lake Community up to 4 days before arrival. Additional community fees are as follows:

1. Registration/Admin Fee: $20

2. VEHICLES (entry gate card will be provided at community check-in center): $20 per vehicle

3. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP (wrist bands required and provided at community rental center):
In Season (Summer): $8.50 per person age 6 & up per night
Off Season: $2.00 per person age 6 & up per night

PLEASE NOTE: These are not our fees as the hosts, but fees our private community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead.
