Come relax or play at the Fox Den! We are located in the Village of Loon across the street from Loon Mountain Resort. Right off the Kancamagus Highway, we are close enough to everything yet right up against the White Mountain National Forest. A perfect location no matter what your plans are in the Lincoln, NH or White Mountain region. Access to amenities building includes use of multiple pools, hot tubs, and more.

This is a 2 bedroom open loft style townhome which has three levels. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to amount of stairs in and outside of home. Please send inquiry prior to booking to ensure this property meets your party’s mobility needs.

This is a 2 bedroom open loft style townhome which means one bedroom is open (not private) to the floor below and may not be suitable for all parties, especially those with overly active children due to low pony wall. Please send inquiry before booking if this may concern you.

Free ski shuttle offered weekends & most holidays mid-December through March - no service midweek or certain holidays (see Loon Mountain Shuttle webpage for specifics).

There are two exterior Ring cameras located on the property which monitor the front and rear of the unit. This ensures security of the unit during uninhabited times while assists with monitoring cleaning completion (additional benefit as a wildlife camera). Although the camera angle can see the doors, it cannot see inside the unit ensuring privacy of our guests.

New in 2024, we now have air conditioning via our new Mitsubishi mini splits that offer efficient cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Guests will now be comfortable year round no matter the temperature outside! We have also upgraded some furniture including a new king size bed and sealy temperpedic hybrid mattress in the primary suite!

The Village of Loon community is located directly across the street from Loon Mountain Resort. The community itself consists of a hotel, amenities building, and several townhomes. It is a very peaceful community with a good mix of permanent residents and renters. Its close proximity to Loon (free ski shuttle on weekends, see Loon Mountain Resort shuttle schedule as service subject to change), location on the Kancamagus Highway, and proximity to the town of Lincoln (shopping & restaurants), you really have everything you need right outside your door.
