Looking for an affordable and comfortable villa on Hilton Head Island? This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Hilton Head Resort is a great choice for family vacations, golf trips, or a relaxing beach getaway.

The space
This condo offers all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay on Hilton Head Island. It is located on the 4th floor and features a private balcony with peaceful resort views. The unit is conveniently situated close to the elevator and on the same floor as the community laundry room for easy access during your stay.

The condo includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, featuring a master suite with a king bed, a guest room with a queen and twin bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dining area perfect for enjoying meals in after a day at the beach.

Starter Pack Provided:
To help you settle in, the condo is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including:

1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid

1 paper towel roll

2 trash bags

2 dishwasher detergent packs

1 kitchen towel

2 small soap bars in each bathroom

4 toilet paper rolls

We encourage guests staying more than a couple of nights to bring extra supplies as needed.

This is a non-smoking unit.
No RVs or motorhomes (Class A, B, or C) are permitted on the resort property.

Beach Gear:
All beach chairs and the wagon are complimentary items for guest use. Please note these items should remain in the storage area and are not allowed inside the condo.

Important Reminder:
Please keep the condo door closed during hot days. Leaving it open can cause the A/C unit to freeze up.

As our guest, you will have full access to all of the wonderful amenities at Hilton Head Island Resort. Enjoy multiple options for relaxation and fun throughout your stay, including:

The resort also features a scenic boardwalk leading directly to the beach, making it easy to spend your days by the ocean.

A complimentary shuttle is available to take guests to and from the beach entrance (please ask about the seasonal schedule upon arrival).

If you prefer to walk, it’s about a 14-minute stroll through the resort grounds, across the boardwalk, and onto Hilton Head’s beautiful sandy shoreline.
