GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private access to The Main House and its amenities throughout their stay, including the living areas, kitchen, outdoor lounging spaces, heated plunge pool, courtyard, and designated parking areas.
The property is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience surrounded by nature while still offering the comfort and privacy of a fully equipped home.
Certain storage, maintenance, or staff utility areas may remain inaccessible to guests for operational purposes.
ADDITIONAL PROPERTY ACCESS

Forest Edge also features a separate neighboring property with two private suites that can accommodate up to 10 additional guests, along with access to a separate 30-foot swimming pool and lounge area.
Guests booking The Main House may request access to the neighboring poolside and lounge amenities for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement with the host.
This option is ideal for larger groups, extended families, retreats, or guests seeking additional accommodation and entertainment space during their stay.

GARDEN & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
To maintain the beauty and natural atmosphere of Forest Edge, the gardener may visit periodically during long-stay reservations to tend to the plants, lawns, and surrounding outdoor areas.
Guests will always be notified in advance of the scheduled days and approximate times for garden maintenance visits to ensure minimal disruption to your stay and privacy.
HOUSEKEEPING GUIDELINES FOR LONG-STAY GUESTS
To help us maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and quality of The Main House at Forest Edge for all guests, we kindly ask long-stay guests to observe the following housekeeping guidelines during their stay.
GENERAL CLEANLINESS
• Please keep indoor and outdoor spaces reasonably clean and tidy throughout your stay.
• Dispose of garbage daily using the designated bins provided.
• Garbage bags are provided in all bins at check-in. For extended stays, guests are kindly asked to provide replacement garbage bags as needed.
KITCHEN CARE
• Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils after use.
• Wipe countertops and dining surfaces daily.
• Do not leave food or beverages inside the refrigerator after checkout.
• Please avoid pouring grease, oils, or food scraps into sinks or drains.
LINENS & TOWELS
• Fresh linens and towels are provided at check-in.
• For extended stays, bed linens and towel will be refreshed every seven days. A more frequent cleaning service can be requested at an additional cost.
• Please do not use bath towels for makeup removal, cleaning, or outdoor use.
AIR CONDITIONING
• Kindly switch off air-conditioning units when rooms are unoccupied for extended periods.
• Keep doors and windows closed while AC units are operating to preserve efficiency and prevent condensation.
POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
• Please rinse off before entering the plunge pool
• No glassware in or around the pool area.
• Outdoor furniture should remain in designated areas unless approved by the host.
• Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM are strictly observed.
AQUARIUM CARE
• Guests are kindly asked to feed the aquarium fish as instructed using only the food provided.
• Please do not tap on the aquarium glass or place objects inside the tanks.
SMOKING & DAMAGES
• Smoking is only permitted in backyard and driveway.
• Any accidental damages or maintenance issues should be reported promptly so they can be addressed quickly.
• Excessive staining, damage, or extraordinary cleaning requirements may result in additional cleaning fees.
CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS
Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:
