The space
This is a semi-detached house, connected on the first floor, but with complete separation. This is the advertisement of the front part of the building, facing towards Balaton. Its maximum capacity is 13 people.(8+5 children)
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds, plus a separate bed, a toilet/bathroom equipped with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a room with a double bed, a cozy small place for sleeping and a toilet/bathroom with a shower. In the garden there is a terrace, with a table for 8 people, a jacuzzi for 4 people, a fireplace outside for fish-cooking and grill, 2 sunbeds and a hammock.
In the main season from 1st of June until the 31 of august the price of the renting out Jakuzzi is 6000 Hungarian Forint plus 1500 HUF each day. For example: If you stay for 5 days and you would like to use the Jacuzzi, then it would cost you 6000 plus 5days x1500 = 6000+7500= Total 13.500 Hungarian Forints. Before or after this period it can only be used for a surcharge of HUF 6,000/day. Which means, that from autumn to spring we charge for the jacuzzi, because we don't store it outside at this period if time, so we have to install it if needed. Please note, that the Jacuzzi is NOT available at all if the temperature falls around or below 0 degrees for technical reasons.
The cost of air conditioning is 3000 Hungarian forints per day.

On the lower level there is a living-dining-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate extra bed, and a toilet/bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs there is a room with a double bed overlooking Lake Balaton and a cozy attic room where 2 people can stay. This room is very small, unfurnished, with only a double sponge bed. The room opens to a toilet/bathroom with shower.
In the garden there is a terrace with a table for 8 people, a jacuzzi for 4 people, an outdoor fireplace for cooking and grilling fish soup, and 2 sunbeds. The outdoor jacuzzi can be used during the summer season from June 1 to August 31 for a one-time filling fee of HUF 6,000 + a daily fee of HUF 1,500. Before or after this period, it requires prior consultation to see if we can provide it. If so, it is available for an additional fee of HUF 6,000/day. This means that from autumn to spring, we charge an extra fee for the jacuzzi, because we do not store it outside, so we have to install it if necessary. Please note that the Jacuzzi is NOT available at all if the temperature drops below 0 degrees for technical reasons.
There are 3 air conditioners in the cottage, which can be used for an extra fee of 1000 HUF/pc per day.

Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is located in a holiday home, rest area, so please avoid cheering, night partying, disturbing the peace of others. No noise is allowed in the cottage after 10 p.m.!
