The space
» The entire space of 5 thousand square meters are exclusive to your group, without any sharing with other guests.
» There are 6 suites: three air-conditioned inside the main house and three other simple suites, in the outdoor area, with a ceiling fan.
» Being with family and friends in a large area of preserved nature, just a few steps from the sea and with complete infrastructure is now a reality. A unique and charming farm with 5 thousand square meters, embedded in the Serra da Tiririca State Park (right next to the Park's headquarters) and at the foot of Pedra do Elefante (whose shape resembles the head of an elephant with the trunk entering the sea), in the exclusive neighborhood of Recanto de Itaipuaçu.

Guest access
» Your group will have exclusive access to the entire property, without sharing with other guests.
» Our resident caretaker will be available to support your group with whatever is needed. The caretaker's job is to maintain the pool, remove the trash, and make repairs and maintenance. The professional does not do internal cleaning and tidying during your stay.
» If you wish, we have a professional who can be hired to cook and do the internal cleaning during your stay.

» TO RECEIVE NON-HOSTED GUESTS (DAY USE):
For events or for people's reception for day use (people who will enjoy the day or night but will not sleep, GUESTS OF OUR GUESTS), the rate is R$100 per day / per person. For periods such as Carnival and Reveillon, the rate is R$350 per day / per person.
Guests of our GUESTS can enjoy the entire property, except overnight.
» Please note that for any type of event, you should consult in advance so that we can inform you whether or not it is feasible, including the connection of unusual equipment, engines and equipment in the house.
» ROOM ACCESS:
Access to the rooms will be according to the quantity contracted and the configuration of your group. At the maximum occupancy limit (16 guests sleeping), all 6 rooms will be available. For smaller groups, the availability of rooms will depend on the previously informed configuration.
We will always give priority to the rooms in the main house that have air conditioning.
Example: a season with 3 couples, we free up the three air-conditioned suites from the main house; the others will be closed.
» FOR CHECKIN AFTER OUR HOURS from 3pm to 7pm: for checkin between 7PM and 8AM on the day of your admission we charge a fee of R 200$ (night shift).
» FOR EARLY CHECK-IN AND EXTENDED CHECK-OUT TIME:
For possible cases of anticipation of checkin (arrive before 3PM) or postponement of checkout (leave after 11AM), with availability, the rate is half of the average daily contracted.
