Bright, spacious and clean 1 BR/1BA guesthouse. Complete with all amenities needed for a relaxing getaway, including king size Tuft and Needle bed (comfort heavily noted in our reviews), washer/dryer, Roku TV, high speed internet, and well equipped kitchen.

Short distance to West Side restaurants or downtown shops. Multiple nearby parks and ponds.

Apartment is over detached garage with an independent door leading to an enclosed stairwell.

Other things to note
Our unit doesn’t have central air, but we’ve added a window A/C unit in the bedroom for your comfort. The living area can get warm during the day, especially in the summer. Evenings in the Mountain West typically cool down - opening a window often brings in a crisp, refreshing breeze.

That said, if you’re planning to hang out indoors all day, especially during hotter months, this setup might not be ideal.

Neighborhood highlights

Flanders Mill is a newer neighborhood on the west side of town. Wide sidewalks welcome you to take a nice walk or jog. Take a lap to one of the many parks both in and around the neighborhood. The Gallatin County Regional park is just a block away with a large fenced in dog park, a couple lakes, a kid friendly playground and additional walking paths.

If you're looking for a good meal, look no further than the The Market at Ferguson Farm, where you're sure to find something for everyone. A walk-able or bike-able dining and retail experience just a couple blocks south of the apartment.
