This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens.

If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.

The space
Two bedrooms, both have access to a spacious balcony. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a full-size Futon. The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed.

Guest access
To get into the main lobby doors (first doors you come to after parking) you must get the key out of the lock box. To the left of the doors there is a black iron gate to a patio sitting area. The lock boxes are inside the gate to your left.

Other things to note
This Condo is at the race track. Even during Non-Race nights, there might be track noise. New upgraded surround system in the unit is available as well.
