Each of the 3-ensuite bedrooms is designed as a calm, inviting retreat—featuring one master suite with a king-sized bed and two well-appointed rooms with queen-sized beds. The master suite includes a private sitting area and a bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The other two bathrooms feature walk-in showers, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout. All air-conditioned and filled with natural light, offering a restful ambiance throughout.
The air-conditioned living area offers an intimate yet seamless flow between enclosed and open-air spaces, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a plush stylish lounge with a 65” TV and sound system, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pool and garden.
Step outside to your private tropical retreat, where a 15-meter pool finished in natural stone tiles stretches through the garden, complete with a shallow section for children and a submerged seating area beneath a removable umbrella. Yes the living area is fully enclosed, supported by a large AC unit and a ceiling fan for all-day comfort. It is also flexible for open-air living, you can fully slide open the glass doors.
• What is the depth of the pool?
The pool features varying depths, with a shallow section of 30 cm for children and up to 1.5 m at its deepest for swimming and lounging.
• Is there parking available?
Yes, the villa offers private parking with space for up to 2 cars and a few motorbikes.
• Is the villa suitable for events or parties?
We welcome intimate gatherings, but larger events or parties require prior approval.
