EZ to find and clear check-in instructions. You will drive up to a private entrance with private parking at a fully restored 1831 historic farm house with beautiful surroundings. It has beautiful landscape and lots of flowers overlooking a rolling 22 acre horse farm and the Bristol Hills. The private living spaces are appointed with luxurious furnishings. High Speed Fiber Optic Internet and power assured by full house generator. Recent comments recognized our furnishings and linens as some of the finest they had ever experienced.

Feel free to enjoy the farm. Always leave the gates closed. Plenty of sitting and hiking over the 20 acres. Views abound. Horses are friendly. We provide carrots for interaction with them.

Please, no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed in all the outdoor spaces and in the lounge area of the garage.

There is a liquor store, an ice cream stand and a neighborhood restaurant. We are conveniently located just 5 miles from the head of Canandaigua lake, one of the top lake resort areas in the country where Micro breweries , wineries, restaurants and lake recreation await you. Coming for a concert? Take an Uber ; stay here on a concert night.
