This area is scenic and easy to get around.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa, the master has king bed the other has 2 twin beds. This is a very comfortable villa only steps to the #1 beach in US. There is a pool and game room for after hour fun. The villa has the best of everything.

The space
If you are truly looking for a vacation spot that feels and looks like a trip to Mexico, then this is the villa for you.. So close to the beach, no streets to cross to get to the number 1 beach in the US. You will love the beach, pool, Siesta Village and of course our villa. Free standing villa with no common walls to share with others. If you are looking for a unique place to vacation then this is the place.

We don't live near by, so we can't greet our guest, but I do call to make sure everything is going well.


Our villa is on Siesta Key midway between Point of Rocks and the public beach..We are a free standing villa, so you park right in front, no parking lots and elevators. Kids can run out to the beach, no streets to cross, very safe. Beach is private so its quiet, you can take a nap on the lounge chairs. This is just a great place to spent some down time.

There is bus service and also a free shuttle to the village
