Nestled next door to Ferris Farm, our family-run flower farm, this charming cottage offers a private place to rest and recharge.
Enjoy slow, coffee-filled mornings, quiet walks, and cozy evenings by the fire pit. Use the cottage as your home base to explore nearby beaches (30 minutes) or head into Portland (35 minutes) for breweries, coffee shops, and great dining.
Perfect for a couple retreat, solo escape, or remote work getaway, with dedicated workspace.

Guest access
The Cottage sits on a separate lot next to Ferris Farm but still feels private and peaceful. You’ll find us nearby if you need anything during your stay.
Guests also have access to the Saco River, just a short, scenic 5-minute walk from the cottage. This is a shared space with our family, though we always prioritize your privacy and want you to feel at home. The river area includes a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, two kayaks, and a dock for relaxing and enjoying the water.
Other things to note
Ferris Farm is a working flower farm, and natural hazards are present. For safety reasons, the cottage is not suitable for children. We also have a friendly farm dog on the property; to avoid disruptions and protect the flower fields, we’re unable to accommodate guest pets.
Ferris Farm is dedicated to providing specialty cut flowers to our community through our small self-serve flower stand and flower subscription program. Depending on when you visit, you may see more farm activity.
As a cut flower farm, we harvest our flowers often to share with our community. While you won't see full fields of open flowers, you’ll still enjoy the colors, textures, and the behind-the-scenes charm of our farm.
The Cottage and river access are reserved for registered guests only. Additional visitors, entertaining, or parties are not permitted.

But the magic of the farm is in the quiet moments—being surrounded by nature.
We love sipping coffee on the porch, watching barn swallows and deer, picnicking by the river, catching sunsets, and stargazing. We hope you’ll experience these simple joys too.
