Other things to note
House rules:
1. Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is no later than 11 am.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is available for a fee if available.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed checkout time or our
Late cleaning is liable for any resulting costs and
Expenses.
2. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am must be observed.
3. The courtyard gate must always be kept closed.
4. The courtyard may be used.
5. Smoking,drug use, parties, and excessive volume are not allowed, including
not on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors).
Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of €250 plus the cost of
special cleaning and damage repair.
6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal
Activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Guests whose number exceeds the number specified in the reservation is not
allowed. We charge 50€ per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
8. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines may include
separate cleaning fee. Become guests with service animals
asked to contact us before the stay.
9. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost
Keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking IDs.
10. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments,
to monitor excessive volume. In common areas,
Video surveillance.
11. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the
Premises and facilities. Guests must provide our customer service
Report damage.
12. Booking a reservation is subject to the house rules with the agreement
to be complied with. Guests who do not respect house rules are liable for all
resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. The
