Chalet inside the Serra dos Rios Farm, belonging to the Baron of Alfenas family. Specialty coffee production property in Albertina, in the south of Minas Gerais. The property has century-old buildings such as the headquarters that was built in 1875. The Chalet is next to two yards, a tulha, a dam and several water mines.
