You have an entire 2 bedroom apartment to yourself. You don't share with anyone. Bedrooms, living-room, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are all inside the apartment and a dedicated basement parking.

You can access all 5 pools, gym, garden with playgrounds and promenade and plaza for free.

The next hotel is Hyatt Centric right at the entrance to Port de La Mer where you also find all the restaurants Jumeirah Beach Road have to offer.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Downtown Dubai are only 15-20 minutes away. Uber/Careem/Taxi work fine, however, I recommend having a car.
