Important Information:
-Steep Driveway & Heated Access: The home is located on a mountain slope, so the driveway is steep. Thankfully, we’ve recently added heated driveway access, making winter stays much easier.
-Parking: Each side allows for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking is allowed, and this rule is strictly enforced.
-Shared Spaces: The swim spa and sauna are shared between the two units, but we offer a reservation system for private time. Other than these, the front and back decks and backyard space are shared between the units, ensuring everyone has enough room to relax.

There are two separate units at Falling Star Ski House. This listing is for side B only.
Side A (left side) has the front door entrance and huge front foyer.
It has five bedrooms.
Side B (right side) has a side entrance (features the welcome sign). It has four bedrooms.
Both units have shared front and back decks and shared backyard space including use of the 17 foot swim spa, BBQ island with bar and fire pit area (summer). We offer a reservation system for private time. Other than these, the front and back decks and backyard space are shared between the units, ensuring everyone has enough room to relax.
Other things to note
Look Please note that as this home is on the side of a mountain the driveway is steep and there are a number of stairs to get up/down the house. There is always the chance of falling ice/snow due to the HUGE amounts of snow Fernie receives annually.
We are happy to announce the front driveway is now heated!! This is amazing for the winter season as it allows much easier access to the property.
Only three vehicles allowed per booking. No additional parking is available for guests with more than three vehicles. No street parking is allowed! Parking is strictly enforced! Guests parked on the street are subject to towing and/or fines by the Regional District of East Kootenay.
This property is in a residential area! No parties allowed or noise after 11PM. Cameras are on the front and rear of the home.
