The space
Fajardo Bay has been remodeled to take advantage of the ocean views.

You can listen to the ocean as you sleep and wake up with the ocean view from the bed.

There are also spectacular views as you make your meals or are just enjoying a beverage on the balcony.

The condo includes:

• An Oceanside Pool

• Kitchenette with Cook top, Microwave, Refrigerator, Sink, Coffee Maker, Blender, and Toaster

• Air Conditioning (Rarely used because of the cool ocean breezes)

• Secure Parking

• Onsite Laundry

Our condo has elevators and garage level parking.


Elevators:

The elevators require a key to select a floor. A key is not needed if you are going to the parking garage level but is needed for all other floors


Parking:

There is plenty of parking on site, parking is first come first serve and is rarely full.

In the event the parking garage is full you can park on the street in front of the condo for free.

Other things to note
We have listed the condo for three people (two adults and one child).
The best fit is for a couple and a child.
