A quiet and close to nature spot with the forest and ocean as a neighbor. A picturesque and romantic cottage with separate guest house on a plot of 2300 sqm. Note that the second bedroom (The Fortune Teller's Chamber) is located in the guest house. Humble living in a charming cottage. Peaceful but still close to vibrant Åhus.

The space
This is a cottage with one bedroom and one living room and conservatory. A separate guesthouse is in the garden with one 140 cm bed and one single bed. The cottage has also an extra folding bed.

Guest access
You have full access to the cottage and the big secluded garden. There will be no one else on the premises.

Other things to note
There forest is wonderful around the cottage with endless possibilities for walks/hikes. In the summer it explodes with Blueberris, Wild strawberries and raspberris. The military sometimes uses some of the areas for exercises but never in the summer months.

The ocean is through the forest 1,7 km away. There are plenty of lovely small roads that leads to the beach. In one of the beaches there are cows in the summer. They are harmless and you will have the beach all by yourself. Åhus is close by and in Fårabäck (1,7 km away) you also have a bathing platform.

It is 5 km through the forestroad by foot or bike too Åhus beach. Or 12 km by car.

This area has a lot to offer. The ocean, forest and in the summertime Åhus is a vibrant and charming summer town. The south east of Skåne is a picturesque area with lots of artists, cafés and beautiful beaches.
