Our neighborhood is quiet and noise-sensitive, and we value being respectful to our neighbors. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels low at all times.
• Napanee’s noise bylaws are in effect at all times of day. No person shall ring bells, blow horns, shout, or make any unusual or loud noise that may disturb others if it is audible at a neighbouring property. Any unnecessarily loud sounds lasting more than 10 minutes and heard from a nearby property may result in bylaw enforcement action. Guests are responsible for any fines issued by the Town of Napanee due to noise disturbances during their stay.
• We provide a paddle board for guests to enjoy clearer swimming spots farther from the dock. Please note the water near the shore can have weeds in July and August due to low water levels from Lake Ontario.
