Located 3 min drive from Bowral town centre, Fairview is a new luxury Hamptons style home in the exclusive Retford Park estate.
The home is ideally suited for family celebrations and groups attending weddings at any of the Highlands beautiful function venues.
Hens or bucks groups must be requested and if approved, if we will include a security damage deposit, refunded if home is left in good order.
The space
Open plan with luxury amenities and the latest European appliances will help you feel pampered.
Theres a number of private spaces around the home for you to relax and experience the beautiful vistas across the estate to the Highland ranges.
Sit and relax and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the wood burning fire during winter, or just lie and read or spend time with friends and family in this relaxing setting.
Fairview has reverse cycle fully ducted and zoned Air conditioning, computer climate controlled, for your comfort all year round.

Guests have access to the whole house and property.
Other things to note
During winter the wood burning log fire is available by requesting at least a week before your stay, this is to arrange firewood if I'm running low and the fireplace has special tools to open the glass and adjust the air flow that are generally locked away by the cleaners.
Please reach out to me if you were planned to bring a pet. We will accept up to a maximum of 2 pets, and there is an additional cleaning charge.
Please be aware our home is strictly no smoking so you can be assured of no residual smoke odours.
