Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The space
The apartment is on the upper floor in a newly built part of the farmhouses. The living space is divided into a bedroom as well as a large living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom has four low beds that can be stacked on top of each other (it will then be a double bed or two separate beds at normal height) or stand as four low separate beds. Here, as a guest, you can choose whether two of the four beds should be placed in the living room. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for one or two people. Parking just outside the apartment is included and there is also a charging box for electric cars.

Fagraslätt is located in the borderland between Skåne plain landscape and northeast Skåne forests with several lakes a few kilometers away. The coast with the best sandy beaches is just 20 km south and Blekinge archipelago an hour east. The nearest town is Kristianstad a quarter away where there are nature experiences in the Water Kingdom and an amazingly nice Naturum, but also rich supply of shopping and restaurants. Sweden's perhaps best place for bouldering, Kjugekull, is only 7 km east. By train from Kristianstad, it takes just over the hour to Malmö and another while to Copenhagen.

I work part-time as an agronomist at the organization Organic Farmers and part time on the farm where we grow organic special crops such as beans, lentils, quinoa peas, etc. Katrin works as a secondary school teacher in Kristianstad.
