Property Introduction
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review the following guidelines.
1. Conserve Electricity and Water
Please turn off all unused lights, air conditioners, faucets, and appliances to help us avoid waste.
2. Check-in Notice
For everyone's comfort and safety, we kindly request that you adhere to the following rules:
a) Check-in Restrictions: Check-in restrictions are strictly enforced. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property; visitors are not permitted for safety and privacy reasons.
b) No smoking or e-cigarettes indoors.
c) No parties, events, or noisy gatherings.
d) No pets allowed.
e) Please do not wear shoes indoors.
f) No Commercial Photography/Videography: Commercial photography or videography, including pre-marital photography, is prohibited without the host's prior approval. 3. Kitchen Use
a) Light cooking is permitted only. Please avoid cooking foods with strong or lingering odors.
b) The kitchen is equipped with basic tableware, a toaster, and condiments for appetizers (salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and brown sugar).
5. Food and Drinks
To maintain cleanliness and prevent spills, please consume all food and drinks in the shared dining area and not in the bedroom. Durian is strictly prohibited indoors; you may enjoy it on the terrace or porch.
6. Laundry Room
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as laundry detergent, for your convenience. To avoid disturbing other guests, please do not use the washing machine after 8 PM.
8. Ironing
An iron/ironing board is available if needed. For safety and to prevent damage, the iron should only be used on the ironing board.
10. Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its interior and exterior items.
11. Finally…please help us keep the house clean. Have a pleasant and relaxing stay!

You will share the small living room, dining area, and gym with the host and other guests.

Karaoke is open for taking photos.

1. Tents or awnings are strictly prohibited on the lawn or any outdoor area.
2. Please minimize noise after 11pm to avoid disturbing other guests.
