Beautiful Home and Guest House on the water with a small private beach and dock. Sleeps 10. Private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. Your own private gym. Three bedrooms with master beds, queen and single bed in open area, and one sleeper sofas. Two bathrooms and one private outdoor shower. 900 sq. ft. Screened in patio with a full kitchen and a commercial pizza oven. Nearby islands may be reached by kayak or paddleboard.

Other things to note
We have a 900 square foot outdoor screened in patio with a full outdoor kitchen (Pizza oven, stove, griddle, grill, refrigerator, BBQ, and sink). We have a dishwasher and a washer and dryer for your use. As well as a wonderful outdoor shower if that’s what you prefer. Along with the indoor kitchen, bathroom and shower. The refrigerator has an ice maker that is hooked to the 5 gallon water drinking system. There’s plenty of coffee goodies; espresso machine, coffee maker and a Keurig.

Shipwrecked is located in a very safe neighborhood near Georgetown, Great Exuma, The Bahamas.The neighborhood is extremely quiet and due to the lack of street lights, the night sky is an impressive site! The house faces south so enjoy both sun rise and sunsets.
